Less social interaction: Going to the office comes with a lot of social interaction. At an office you will be spending a lot of time with your colleagues which could eventually result in good friendships. Having social interaction behind your screen is different and not as powerful as the social interaction in an office. For extroverts this might be a bigger disadvantage than for introverts. For introverts it might even be an advantage that they don’t need to talk to their colleagues in the office.
